Richard Wernick is currently an investment advisor representative and financial planner with Transamerica Financial Advisors, Inc. Prior to his financial career and for over 25 years, his company, Land Sellutions, Inc., developed single family subdivisions in the greater Atlanta area. In addition he was previously a tax partner and CPA with Price Waterhouse Coopers for 14 years.
Richard is a graduate of the University of Iowa. He is currently serving as a Trustee of Brewton-Parker College, Board Member and Corporate Secretary/Treasurer of Sterling Planet Holdings, Inc., Board member of SLIMS AFRICA, INC., and Board member of ROI Ministry.
Richard is married to Cristi, has two children and four grandchildren.
He graduated from the University of Georgia in 1988 with a degree from Environmental Design School. His professional experience began with the founding of Design Sellutions, Inc. which is a Landscape Architectural design, land planning, and consulting company where he remains President.

Board member: Camp Highland - Christian high adventure camp experience .
Board member: Solar Light for Africa - providing and installing solar light to schools, businesses and homes across Africa.
Current Board Member - Philos Energy International, Inc. - Solar power concepts and distribution for local communities across Africa.
Jim has been married to Kelly since 1994 and has 3 children - Seth, Drew, and Weslianne.
Their family lives in the North Atlanta area and is a member at Perimeter Church in Duluth, Georgia where they have attended since 1999.
Rev. Tamba Lebbie
Mr. Royalty joined Wells in 2002 and was tasked with forming Wells’ portfolio and credit underwriting teams. In 2004 and 2006, he also assumed responsibility for risk management and due diligence, respectively. Prior to Wells, Mr. Royalty was Vice President, Credit Products Specialist for Wachovia Securities, Inc. There he originated complex bank credit transactions and led due diligence teams through the structuring, pricing, and negotiation of client transactions. He also monitored and actively managed deteriorating credit situations in order to maintain the credit portfolio.
Prior to that, Mr. Royalty worked in corporate finance and credit underwriting for Citicorp North America’s Global Corporate Bank and Citicorp Securities, respectively. He successfully completed Citicorp’s six month credit training program at Citicorp’s Institute of Global Finance in Long Island City, New York, in December 1997.
Mr. Royalty began his career at Deloitte & Touche LLP, where he was a manager in the firm’s audit services
group. He holds a B.B.A. in Accounting Cum Laude from Oglethorpe University in Atlanta. He has held a certified public accountant's license in Georgia since 1990.
Ms. Bagdonis' corporate career includes Client Relationship Management, Business Development, Financial Analysis, and Treasury Management Product Sales. She has worked with large global banks as well as small privately held companies.
Ms. Bagdonis also has actively served her community in a variety of roles, including volunteer work at her local church, volunteer work at a local assisted living facility, and serving on the current board of her homeowners association as well as the past board of a local adult literacy organization.
